How to create an account?

To create an account on Duty Fly, Go to the “Sign Up” page (my.dftrades.com), enter your email and password. After you have agreed to our terms of use, click the "Sign Up" button.

Check the email which will contain activation link. You can complete activation by simply clicking the button in the email or entering the activation code manually. (If you do not receive an activation email also check spam folder.)

Does Duty Fly have a mobile app?

Duty Fly has a mobile app for Meta Trader 5 platform in iOS and Android versions which you can download from our website.

Also, we have created an app for our trading platform Duty Fly. It will be available in the App Store very soon.

How can I recover my account?
  1. If there is a trouble with logging in, click on “Forgot your password?” and enter the email, you have used for registration.
  2. Check your email (including your SPAM folder) in order to find the confirmation code. If you do not receive the resetting email, probably you have entered incorrect email.
  3. Fill in the code in the corresponding field on the website.
  4. Create new password and save it in a secure place.
  5. Log in to your account with the new password.

Deposit/Withdraw

You can deposit to Duty Fly by Fiat (Swift, Advanced Cash) and Crypto Wallets.

Why are the documents for Verification process rejected?

If the verification files uploading process has failed or you have found that they are not being accepted by our team, there can be several reasons:

  • The document is not scanned or photographed entirely, or it has cut offs.
  • The document has some additional marks, that may cause confusion.
  • The information on the document is not clearly visible or readable.
  • The document does not contain the necessary information (name, address etc.).
  • The documents in non-Latin languages without notarized translation take a lot of time to be processed.
Can I create multiple accounts?

Yes, you can create multiple accounts for MetaTrader 5 platform. We offer Live or Demo platforms, Individual or Corporate account types, two order types: Hedging or Netting, and Currencies both Fiat and Crypto.

Main reasons why you have not received an email from Duty Fly could be:
  • You marked the previous Duty Fly email as spam.
  • However it is located in your spam or junk folder
  • Emailed address mentioned is incorrect
How can I create a Corporate account?

Duty Fly offers two types of accounts: Personal and Corporate. You can start running Personal account as well as Corporate. If you want to register a Corporate account, you need to provide the required documents for Corporate accounts. You can follow the link for details.

Do I need to verify my account in order to trade?

It is not necessarily important to verify the account before you start trading. You can make a deposit and start trading right after registration.

How can I deactivate my Duty Fly account?

To deactivate the account, client should fill the contact form and request the deactivation. You can send your request to our Support team.
